Neutral BSP system - a system of mutual settlements, established to simplify the process of ticketing, reporting on the sale and mutual settlements between agents and airlines for services rendered, as well as for more effective financial control over cash flows by Carriers. The first BSP system was established by IATA in Japan in 1971.

The analog of neutral BSP system for the USA and for the USA territories including Puerto Rico and the Virginia Islands is the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC).

Today Transaero Airlines is the participant of 39 neutral systems around the world including Eurasia, America, Australia and Africa.

BSP Agents authorization

For an Agency to be authorized in BSPLink it is necessary to direct an official request to e-mail amalyavina@transaero.ru or fax +7 495 937 84 59.

Reauthorization.

In accordance with new IATA rules since May 1, 2009 Agents authorization on ticketing may be done by the Carrier via BSPLink only.

In case an Agent was disabled by BSP due to default, a bank guarantee is not provided, etc. (disabling is done automatically), then the re-authorization goes to the following chain:

• After all arrangements with the Agent are made BSP directs to the Airline an e-mail that the Agent has fulfilled all necessary requirements and is restored to the ticketing;
• Airline, in its discretion re-authorizes the Agent in BSPLink.

Form of payment

Transaero Airlines permits the payment in cash and by credit cards. For each area an opportunity organized to receive credit cards of certain credit houses.

Rules of payment by CC are defined in IATA Resolution 890.

The Agent should store Credit Card Charge Form (CCCF) with cardholder’s signature and present it to Transaero Airlines on demand to exclude ADM chargeback.

Commission

Transaero Airlines provides a commission to the Agents. The commission level varies depending on the area.

Transaero Airlines may fix additional Agency commission.

Important:Agent is responsible for additional commission pick up. In case an Agent shows while ticketing basic commission in period when additional commission is applicable, additional commission is not paid. Exceptions are failure situations. In this case Agent may execute ACM Request.
