List of documents necessary for conclusion of Agency agreement for the sale of passenger air transportation for Transaero Airlines flights.

1. Application about the intention to conclude direct agency agreement for the sale of passenger air transportation;
2. Shop manual;
3. Article of incorporation;
4. Accreditation certificate (license) and certificate to confirm the legal entity in USRLE;
5. Extract from USRLE;
6. Certificate of tax registration at the location of the Russian Federation;
7. Balance Sheet (Form 1 and 2) or a tax return for the unified tax, payable in connection with the simplified tax system (for the last reporting period);
8. Statement of Changes in Equity;
9. Statement of Cash Flows;
10. Annex to the Balance Sheet (form № 5) with the stamp of the Tax Inspectorate;
11. The auditor's report on the results of financial and economic activities for the preceding period or the balance of the last six months;
12. Addresses of own ticket sales offices with an indication of the area occupied by the premises;
13. Ownership certificate or document certifying the right of economic management, or lease, or other real right to occupy the premises (branches, selling items and reservations);
14. Background on the premises (alarm and security tools, office equipment, safe);
15. Background information on the staff (the structure of the company management team, including name, phone / fax / E-mail; the total number of employees, the organizational structure of the organization);
16. A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of subagent;
17. A copy of the protocol or the order appointing the CEO and power of attorney in case the Agency Agreement signed by attorney (not the head);
18. License and Certificate of Compliance;
19. The original letter from the servicing bank on credit history, including current loans. Explanation of current accounts payable (the amount the repayment period, interest rate);
20. Original certificates of the bank (banks) on current accounts;
21. Original certificate issued by the tax authority, confirming the absence of debts to the budget and extrabudgetary funds.

The documents listed in paragraphs 2,3,5 are represented in the form notarized copies.
