Neutral TCH system provides an effective and full implementation of the settlement between the parties (airlines, agencies, TCP and clearing-bank) and the system subjects (airports, fuel filling stations, to which carriers transfer funds). Settlement system includes a set of interrelated technologies, organizational and legal, regulatory, technological and administrative documents. The main elements of TCH settlement system are:
- The accreditation system of sales agents;
- The system of ordering, distribution and control of the neutral forms of TCH transportation documents;
- The system of revenue collection and distribution to carriers, with subsequent calculation between agencies and carriers and other parties and subjects of the settlement system, etc.
The sale of air transportations is performed on TCH neutral blanks by TCH accredited agencies.
