I am happy to announce that Transaero has added its 50th aircraft into the fleet. This is a milestone for our company. Having started operations from the ground up without benefiting from the privatization of governmental property, Transaero Airlines has grown to the second largest Russian carrier and was even ranked the seventh largest global carriers on routes to leisure destinations. Transaero now operates the largest fleet of wide body long haul aircraft in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. Foremost among those modern aircraft are Boeing-747-400s and Boeing-777s that have made our growing fleet the most capable long-haul one in Russia. With the “triple seven" we are operating flights both on domestic and international routes. We already serve three long-haul domestic routes with this most advanced Boeing passenger aircraft: Moscow - Khabarovsk, Moscow - Vladivostok and Moscow - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The launch of Transaero flight operations to Beijing has been very successful. Our service has turned out to be extremely in demand. First, both Russian and Chinese passengers could hardly believe that it was possible to reach Beijing from Moscow in just six and a half hours. Boeing-777-400 equipped by four engines can perform some amazing feats, bringing our world closer than ever before. Secondly, our Transaero's service on this route has received high praise from passengers and reviewers alike. Thirdly, Transaero has made the flight even more accessible by developing a very convenient schedule. The arrival in Beijing allows passengers to get enough rest and get ready to business activities or tourist excursions of the following day despite the time difference between Moscow and Beijing. With the seat load on our Beijing flights averaging an overwhelming 90%, we responded to the popularity of the flight by adding an additional flight on the route so that there would be plenty of places for everyone.

Transaero also intends to launch a Moscow-Hong Kong route at the end of July. As travelers can see, Transaero is continuing to open up Asia, creating strong ties for business and culture. I am sure that you will appreciate our service on this route. Transaero will operate flights to Hong Kong with the majestic Boeing-777.
