Transaero Airlines has received the third plane Tu-214 constructed for it

On October, 2nd, 2009 in Kazan transfer of the third plane Tu-214 (board number RA-64518) to Transaero Airlines has taken place.
Aircrafts Tu-214 are being constructed on the Gorbunov Kazan aviation production association and are got by Transaero Airlines in financial leasing. The lessor – the Financial leasing company.
Planes Tu-214 "Transaero" have two-class configuration with business class salons (8 places) and economy class (176 places). Thanks to design specially developed by airline, planes Tu-214 "Transaero" meet the highest international requirements of comfort for passengers.
First Tu-214 "Transaero" was received in April, 2007, the second – in November, 2008. There is an aircraft division of planes Tu-214 in the airline.
The general director of "Transaero" Olga Pleshakova in connection with reception of the third Tu-214 has told: «Our airline has proved that it is capable to successfully maintain planes of the given type both on domestic, and on international airlines. For this purpose we have the highly skilled personnel and a corresponding route network. We never claimed to reliability of these aircrafts. For two and a half years during which they are in our park, «Transaero» did not have problems with flight operation of engines PS-90A. Our airline is ready to execute the contract on delivery to 10 planes Tu-214 completely and from its part does for this purpose all necessary».
After reception of one more Tu-214 Transaero park consists of 48 planes. There are 3 Tu-214, 2 Boing-777, 13 Boing-747, 11 Boing-767 and 19 Boing-737.
