Airline personnel training in Human Factor is carried out in accordance with ICAO and IATA recommendations, effective legislation of the Russian Federation, and regulatory documents issued by Russian Federation civil aviation authority.
The following Human Factor training courses are offered:
- Flight crew initial training in Human Factor
- Flight crew advanced training in Human Factor
- Flight attendant initial training in Human Factor
- Flight attendant advanced training in Human Factor
- Engineering personnel training in Human Factor
Transaero Airlines systematically employs special personnel training in Human Factor (CRM Training). Theoretical knowledge and practical skills are applied in professional activities of flight and cabin crews (CRM – Crew Resource Management), flight operations officers (DRM – Dispatch Resource Management), engineering personnel (MRM – Maintenance Resource Management), as well as airline personnel involved in flight safety. All this allows developing a modern airline resource management system functioning as a part of worldwide aviation practices in accordance with international flight safety standards – Company Resource Management.
Personnel training are conducted using the International Human Factor Training System (CRM Training) in line with EUR-OPS requirements.
The program is continuously supplemented with modern methods of instruction developed by leading Russian specialists in the field of Human Factor.
