Cutting-edge equipment used in flight crew training allows improving the training process and helps the pilots acquire the skills necessary for safe flying. Modern flight crew training facilities and infrastructure conform to the highest international standards. Classes are conducted by highly qualified and experienced instructors – pilots and flight engineers.
Main areas of flight crew training:
- · Flight crew transition training for the following aircraft:
- Boeing 737 (300/400/500; 600/700/800 modifications);
- Boeing 767 (200/300);
- Boeing 777 (200ER);
- Boeing 747 (200/300/400 modifications)
- Tu-214
- Advanced training for all aircraft types in the airline’s fleet
- Advanced training for commuter airlines
- Basic instructor training for all aircraft types
- Organization and management of flight personnel training in emergency rescue operations on land and on water.
Flight crews are trained using the latest modifications of simulators for appropriate aircraft types rented at training centres abroad. The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation) monitors the training process on an annual basis. Flight personnel undergo mandatory training and certification when the airline puts newly delivered aircraft into operation.
A new feature of our Centre is an online flight crew training project with continuous progress monitoring. Flight crew members get certificates for further training at their respective flight departments based on the results of training and the final test. This approach allows the flight personnel to train continuously and distribute the academic load over the year as they see fit.
Flight crews are trained using the following aircraft type simulators: Boeing 737, Boeing 767, Boeing 747, Boeing 777, and Tu-214.
