Compliance with requirements of the Canada Border Services Agency
Under Section 107.1 of the Canada Customs Act, Passenger Information (Customs) Regulations and the Canada Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, paragraph 148(1)(d), commercial transport companies are obligated to provide passenger (API/PNR) data in respect of flights arriving in Canada and ensure access to data stored in the PNR when requested by a border control official.
