We very much regret for the mishandling of your baggage. We will do our utmost to find your baggage and return it to you as quickly as possible.
When You Arrive
If you find that your baggage is missing when you arrive, please report this immediately to the local Lost & Found office. In the customs hall at each airport, you will find a baggage service desk, where you will be able to complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Then you will get a receipt with a File reference number (e.g. DMEUN12345) and contact details of Transaero Airlines Lost & Found office or your local agency.
Tracing of Your Baggage
Your baggage details have been entered into our worldwide computerized baggage tracing system. You will be able to view the status of your baggage online, using your File reference number.
If any of your information has changed or if, after reviewing your file, you have corrections, please let us know immediately, so that we can update your file accordingly.
We will do our best to find and return your baggage to you as soon as possible. Once your baggage is located, we will contact you to arrange delivery*. (*Baggage from the Domodedovo Airport is carried out in Moscow and Moscow region within 100 km from Moscow MKAD Road).
