Important information for passengers flying to/from the USA
Secure Flight Privacy Notice
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available.
The data is transferred directly when purchasing tickets at ticket offices, through Service Information Center by calling +7 (495) 788-8080, 8-800-200-2376, or by e-mail internet@transaero.ru for passengers who purchase tickets through the Internet.
In addition the following information should be provided:

Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transportation or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. Rules for visa-free entry into the U.S.
Since January 2009 passengers entering the U.S. must register in the electronic system of ESTA. On March 20, 2010 Airlines will inspect registration in ESTA. Transportation will be prohibited for passengers, who are covered by the program Visa Waiver Program, which provides the possibility of visa-free entry, and which, starting in the U.S. did not receive permission in advance from the authorities of this country to enter. Registration is realizing in an electronic system for obtaining permits to enter the U.S. (ESTA). Passengers, who will be missing a visa or who were not registered in the ESTA will not be able to board a plane departing the U.S.

Registration in the ESTA requires payment 14 USD. Registration is valid for two years. It is recommended to register in advance in the system. It is also desirable during the trip to have a printout permission to enter the U.S. with you.

An air carrier's tariffs are the documents that contain its published fares, charges and related terms and conditions of carriage applicable to air services.
