Check-in Information

You are advised to arrive at the airport at least three hours before your flight is scheduled to depart in order to complete all preflight formalities successfully.

Check-in for all Transaero flights departing from Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo closes 40 minutes before the departure time specified on your ticket.

Ordinary passenger and baggage can be checked-in at counters 23-42 at Domodedovo International Airport.

Business Class passengers and members of the Transaero Privilege frequent-flyer program or the Corporate Club can check in at the Business Class Counter.

Attention!

Passengers flying in Economy from Domodedovo to St.Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Krasnodar, Sochi, Ufa, Kiev, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk may check-in using self check-in kiosks only.

If a passenger has any problems with self check-in, Transaero employees are always ready for assistance.
