Check-In Guidelines

To preserve departure punctuality, Transaero will not wait for customers who arrive late to their gate or miss their boarding call.

To avoid misunderstandings, please follow below check-in guidelines:

•     After you have received your boarding pass and checked in your baggage, please proceed to your sector as instructed during check-in.

•     After you have completed all preflight formalities required by Russian law, check the flight information displays inside the departure hall for your gate number and departure time.

•     As soon as the word “Boarding" appears on the displays, please proceed to the gate shown on the displays.

•     In any case, you are kindly requested to arrive at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before departure.

•     The gate number may be different from that printed on your boarding pass. Therefore, please regularly check the information shown on the information displays inside the departure hall.

•     At most Transaero destinations, flight status information and boarding times are not announced through a public address system, but only shown on the information displays. Please be attentive!

•     The gate closing time is printed on your boarding pass.

•     Please appreciate the fact that we cannot be liable for any losses that you may incur as a result of late arrival for boarding and thus missing your flight.
