Self Check-In Kiosks

We are offering our customers the opportunity to use our new service: self check-in kiosks at Domodedovo International Airport, Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport, Pulkovo, Tomsk and Khabarovsk, Russia.

Self check-in kiosks are intended for passengers holding electronic tickets who wish to check in for their flight without applying to airline agents at the check-in counter. The kiosks enable passengers to select a seat in the cabin and print out a boarding pass. When registering at a self check-in kiosk, the passenger will have to check his/her baggage at any Transaero counter, but without waiting in a line. There is no need to check in carry-on luggage, but it must fully meet the size and weight restrictions of Transaero Airlines.

How to use a self check-in kiosk:

Come up to a self check-in counter. At Domodedovo International Airport, the counters are located in the center of the air terminal, between the Transaero Information Center and our check-in desks;

Choose your language using the flags and names on the left portion of the screen;

Enter your family name, first name and flight number as stated on your ticket in the appropriate fields and press “Enter";

Specify your seat preferences – windows, aisles, the nose or the tail, and press “Show Seats" to select your seat or seats, if checking in a group. Study the cabin layout and enter your preferred seat or seats from the keypad;

Press “Check In," wait for the check-in process to complete and print your boarding pass;
