IMPERIAL

Transaero’s Imperial Class is created for those who can appreciate elegance and luxury, and value the exclusive nature of the services they receive.

Imperial is being introduced on Boeing 777 and Boeing 747-400 new-generation airliners being added to the Transaero fleet.

Our Imperial Class is a brand-new standard of passenger service, combining the Russian imperial families’ finest traditions of hospitality with state-of-the-art technology and the highest service standards in global commercial aviation.

By introducing the Imperial Class, we aim to offer both the highest standard of service, and to emphasize the customers’ uniqueness to our airline, letting them feel elevated to a truly unreachable height.

Every Imperial Class passenger has access to an around-the-clock communications line to the Transaero Information Center.

At Domodedovo International Airport, Imperial Class passengers are served in the VIP lounge for officials and delegations.

Imperial passengers are welcomed to the airport by a Transaero representative who guides and assists them at every stage of passing through airport formalities.

In the spacious Imperial cabin, passengers will find themselves in an unparalleled surrounding created especially for this project. The gold-embroidered seats recline 180 degrees, turning into comfortable beds. The menu was created by the best culinary experts using unique recipes from nineteenth-century Russian imperial cuisine and exquisite European dishes. The extensive selection of drinks will satisfy the most demanding of tastes.

The unique tableware offered to Imperial passengers is worth separate mention. This tableware was custom-made by Transaero’s partners in the project, the renowned Imperial Porcelain Manufactory and the Gus-Khrustalny Crystal Factory, using special designs and high technology. The two factories became purveyors to the Russian Imperial Court as early as in the mid-18th century.

Personal televisions and multifunctional multimedia players with various programs, top-quality printed publications, and the most convenient travel kits are there to help Imperial customers relieve the monotony of flight.

On board, Imperial Class passengers are served by personal VIP service managers. These are top Transaero employees, who even have their own unique uniform created by fashion designers specifically for the Imperial Class. Extraordinary cordiality, attentiveness, and flawless manners are their work style.
