Attention!!!

While booking tickets at sales offices you have to present each passenger’s passport you will be flying with.

While booking tickets by phone the same information should be provided.

Tickets booked by phone can be picked up at a Transaero ticket sales office only upon presentation the passport which data were provided at booking.

Please note that booked tickets must be paid for within a certain time, depending upon your fare class.
