Group travel
Dear Customers!
With Transaero Group Air Transportation Program you have an opportunity to order tickets for the company’s regular flights at special prices.
The only thing you need is to fill in a Request (download request form), and to send it on letterhead paper of your organization by fax +7 (495) 937 84 59 or by e-mail groups@transaero.ru to Transaero Special Sales Department to have the price of group transportation calculated.
Please, note that special group fares are available only for selected Transaero routes.
Please, specify in your request:
- full name and contact details of the customer organization;
- exact departure/return date;
- flight directions, flight numbers;
- exact number of passengers.
Once the price is calculated a manager of our company responsible for group transportation services will contact you within 3 working days after to coordinate the terms and the price of air transportation for your group.
The main terms of group transportations are following:
- special fares are available to groups of at least 10 passengers;
- no children and other discounts are available;
- no changing of departure/return dates is permitted;
- issued tickets are not subject to a refund (except for unused airport charges);
- a ticket may be reissued to another passenger provided that the departure/return dates remain the same;
- reduction of the group to min size (min size is 80% of the initially requested number of seats, but not less than 10) before the complete payment – without penalties;
- special-fare group may be enlarged, but not more than by 5 seats (subject to availability of spare group-rate seats on flights).
Payment for group transportation shall be made via bank transfer. Payment/prepayment deadlines are subject to additional agreement.
Booking confirmation will be made after you agree with the proposed terms and rates and subject to availability of spare seats on flights.
