Ticket cancellation
Money for a cancelled ticked can be returned at place of its purchase only and during 3-10 days in accordance to the following rules:
For flights departing from Russian Federation:
• Full refund if cancellation is more than 24 hours before the departure.
• Refund with charge 25% of the applicable fare if cancellation is less than 24 hours before the departure.
For international flights departing abroad:
• Refund with charge 10% of the applicable fare if cancellation is more than 24 hours before the departure.
• Refund with charge 25% of the applicable fare if cancellation is less than 24 hours before the departure.
In accordance with the Articles XIII, XIV, XV «Regulation of formation and application of tariffs for scheduled air transportation of passengers and baggage, charging in the field of civil aviation", approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia № 155 of September, 25, 2008, fee for the ticket cancellation is settled.
