Rules and conditions

Dear customers!

If you are interested in joining our Corporate Club program, please read closely the membership rules and conditions.

We hope that this information will make your participation in Transaero Corporate Club easier, and your trip with us even more enjoyable.

Membership in the Program

  1. Any legal entity whose name is stated on the membership application can be a member of Corporate Club. The employees of the company must be older than 18 years.
  2. Your membership start date is the date of completing your membership application form. Points will be credited for flights beginning from the membership start date. To receive points, you need to both purchase a ticket and travel. No points will accrue for unused tickets.
  3. Participants

    Program Coordinator

  4. Your Program Coordinator is your employee authorized by your management and representing the interests of your company.
  5. Your Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing complete and true information in your membership application and for timely notice of any change in your contact details or the list of your employees participating in the program.
  6. Your Program Coordinator will supervise your corporate account, update your information, and handle certificates and rewards.
  7. Your Program Coordinator will also monitor changes in the rules and conditions of the program.
  8. Company Employees

  9. The number of employees included in the list of participants in the Corporate Club program cannot be less than five or greater than 25.
  10. You can make a maximum of five changes per year to the list of employees registered with the program. Adding, removing or replacing any employees holding Corporate Club cards qualifies as a change. The list of names that you want to add, remove or replace must be provided by your Program Coordinator in writing well in advance, signed by the Program Coordinator and stamped with the corporate seal.
  11. In case of such changes, points due to new employees added to the list will be credited to the account starting from the date of the Privilege group receiving the change request.
  12. The plastic card held by any employee who was removed from the list must be returned to Transaero.

Corporate account

  1. Each corporate member of Transaero Corporate Club can have only one account. Should any further accounts be discovered, the original account and any points in it may be deleted without prior notice.
  2. Points accumulated in different accounts cannot be merged, transferred to another account or converted to points under any other similar program administered by Transaero.
  3. A corporate account may be deleted without prior notice, unless at least 2,000 points are accumulated in it within 12 months of opening, or if no points are credited to the account within 12 months of the last accrual date. The deleted account or any data in it cannot be restored. No money or other compensation will be provided.

Conditions for Point Accrual

  1. Points will be credited depending upon the distance traveled and travel class, according to the points table.
  2. A trip made on a Transaero scheduled flight by an employee registered with the program will serve as the grounds for crediting points to your corporate account.
  3. Points will be credited only for flights made by your employees who held valid plastic cards at the time of their check-in.
  4. If the employee is an individual member of Transaero Privilege, points will be credited to the account indicated on the ticket. If the ticket bears two different account numbers, the points will be credited to the corporate account and cannot be transferred to the employee’s personal account. The transfer of points between an employee’s personal account and your corporate account and/or merging of points from a personal and a corporate account will not be allowed.
  5. No points will be credited for tickets purchased with Corporate Club certificates, for charter flights, or for flights that are not operated by Transaero.
  6. Points for Business Class IT and SALE fares and W class fares will be credited according to the Economy Class base crediting rate.
  7. When traveling on a group fare or in a chartered block of seats on a scheduled flight, only half of the points due for the appropriate travel class will be credited.
  8. Points for all other fares will be credited according to the base crediting rates for the appropriate class. The list of fares and discounts with the various crediting terms is subject to change.
  9. Participants will receive points for flying to the destination indicated on their ticket. If there are intermediate stops during the flight, points will accrue for each section of the trip.
  10. No points will be credited for tickets that were left unused, were lost or were transferred to a different airline.
  11. Points cannot be traded, given to another person or inherited.
  12. Should your Program Coordinator discover an error or an omitted flight, he or she must provide us with a copy of the ticket, or advise the exact date and route of the flight or the full name of the employee who was traveling. Once verified, the information will be added to you corporate account.

Conditions for Rewards

  1. Only points accumulated within one year before the last point accrual date will be counted toward the minimum number of points necessary to receive a reward, irrespective of the total points accumulated throughout your membership period.
  2. Your company will have the right to claim a reward as soon as a sufficient number of points is credited to its corporate account.
  3. Program certificates serve as proof of the right to a reward. A certificate can be drawn for every full 500 points you accumulate. The corporate account will be charged for 500 points whenever a certificate is issued.
  4. Only your Program Coordinator or an authorized agent with a valid Program Coordinator Card and passport can collect certificates or claim rewards.
  5. Certificates are valid for one year from the issue date. Rewards can be claimed with valid certificates only. Expired certificates will be withdrawn.
  6. Any certificates and rewards, once collected, cannot be returned to Transaero.
  7. Transaero will not issue copies of certificates or reward tickets if lost. No money or other compensation will be provided for unused certificates or reward tickets.

Program card

  1. Once your corporate membership application has been submitted and considered, your Program Coordinator and your employees listed in the application will be issued plastic cards.
  2. Your Program Coordinator can collect the cards from the Privilege group or from the Transaero office indicated in your application.
  3. If a plastic card is used in violation of the Corporate Club rules and conditions, the card can be withdrawn, and your account deleted.

General Provisions

  1. Transaero reserves the right to make any changes relating to point crediting conditions, reward terms or eligibility, or the list of fare classes which do not qualify for an upgrade.
  2. Transaero reserves the right to discontinue or change the Corporate Club program, in whole or in part, at any time with or without prior notice. If the program is discontinued all points accumulated by the members may be deleted. Transaero will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from such discontinuation or deletion. Transaero will endeavor to provide prior notice of any such events to members of Corporate Club.
  3. Transaero reserves the right to expel any Corporate Club member, withdrawing the member’s card and deleting any points accumulated, or deny participation in the program for violation of:
    • International air transport laws;
    • Laws of the Russian Federation;
    • Transaero air rules of carriage;
    • Corporate Club rules.
  4. By applying for membership in Corporate Club, your company and each of your employees listed on the application accept the program rules and conditions published on www.transaero.ru, in the Corporate Club prospectus, in other printed or other publications of Transaero, or communicated by Transaero employees.
