Earning Points with Corporate Club

All you need to do is to show your program card when purchasing your ticket and when checking in at the airport.

Please note that we will need some time to verify your flight details. If possible, please keep your passenger coupons until you have been awarded points for your flight. Transaero will not be liable for point accrual in the event that the card was not produced.

If you have produced a card whose number is recorded both in your booking and on your ticket:

- Your points for traveling on a Transaero flight will be credited to the account within two days to three weeks of the date of the flight;

- Your points for traveling with a bmi flight will be credited to the account within two weeks of the date of the flight;

- Your points for shopping with a co-branded bank card will be credited to the account by the 15th day of the following month.

If for some reason you failed to produce your card, or your flight was omitted from your account statement, please give us the exact date of your flight, flight number and ticket number. This being the case, you will be allowed to produce your tickets within 12 months of the flight date.

Any points accumulated will remain valid for three years from the respective flight. For example, if you traveled on June 20, 2007, your points will remain valid until June 20, 2010. If you have not used these points to claim a reward, your first trip with us after June 20, 2010 will result in any points credited to you up to and including June 20, 2007 being deleted.
