Redeeming Points for Tickets
If you want to receive your free ticket or upgrade, please make sure that you have accumulated a sufficient number of points in your corporate account. You can do so by calling our Privilege group at +7 495 788 61 50, mailing to privilege@transaero.ru or visiting us personally at 8 Kamennaya Sloboda side-street, Moscow. In addition, we send our Corporate Club members regular updates about their account balance.
The proof of your company's right to a reward are Corporate Club certificates, which your Program Coordinator or an authorized agent can receive from any Transaero or Transaero Tours office by applying one business day before the date on which you want to receive your certificates. When visiting our Privilege group, you can pick up your certificates immediately. You must produce a valid Program Coordinator Card and an identity document to have your certificates issued to you.
The reward can be issued to any person upon written direction from the manager of your company. Please note that you will not be able to merge certificates belonging to different participants in the Corporate Club program or certificates issued under different programs to claim your reward.
Reward tickets and travel class upgrades received for Corporate Club certificates will be booked and issued only in Transaero offices and only in certain booking classes. If you are going to use your Corporate Club certificates, be sure to tell us about it when booking.
Please book as early as you can, as availability of seats booked with certificates may be limited on certain flight and during certain time periods.
To redeem your points for a ticket or upgrade, you must produce a valid program card, valid certificates and an identity document. Any duty or charges not included in your fare will be paid by you when collecting your reward ticket.
