Where can I obtain an application form for membership in the program?
You can obtain the application form at the Transaero Privilege Group, Transaero Ticket Offices, any representation of Transaero and Transaero Tours, onboard and at our web-site: www.transaero.ru.

My contact information has changed. What do I have to do?
Please inform, in a timely manner, the Transaero Privilege Group of any changes in your address and telephone so that we could inform you of your account balance and news of the program and the company in due time.

I forgot my membership card, and points for the flight were not credited to the account. What shall I do?
Your missing points will be credited to your account if you, within 12 months from the date of the flight, contact the Privilege Group or any Transaero representation and provide a copy of your ticket or tell them the date and number of the flight. For this reason, we ask you to keep your passenger coupons till points are credited to your account.

What is the validity term of points?
From January 1st 2007 points will be valid within 3 calendar years from the flight date. Please use the points for a reward or have certificates issued within this period.

How can rewards be used?
Choose the destination and a type of the reward (free flight or upgrade) and make sure that you have enough points in your account. For drawing documents related to rewards please contact Transaero offices.

Who else can use my reward?
You may use the reward yourself or transfer the right to receive a reward to your friends or family members.

My membership card was damaged or can no longer be used. What shall I do?
Please return the damaged card to us. We will have a new card issued for you immediately with the same number.

I lost my membership card. What shall I do?
Inform personnel of the Privilege Group of the loss of the card by telephone, fax or mail. We will immediately block your card, issue a new card with a new number and transfer points from the blocked account to the new account.
