Upgrade «Y-С» – upgrade from Premium economy class to Business class.
Upgrade «L-C» – upgrade from Tourist economy class to Business class.
Upgrade «С-F/P» – upgrade from Business class to Imperial class (upgrade is available only under performance of the flight in Imperial class previously).

Collecting Your Reward Ticket

1. You can book your reward trip and collect your reward ticket only from a Transaero office. When booking, tell us that you want to use points accumulated in your Transaero Privilege account.

2. To collect your ticket, you must produce your plastic membership card, have a sufficient number of points in your account, and have a confirmed booking in the appropriate class.

3. Any duty or charges not included into your fare will be paid by you when collecting your reward ticket.

4. Reward tickets cannot be open-ended.

5. You cannot pay for your two-way reward trip with points combined with cash.

6. You can transfer your reward to any other person by executing a transfer statement. When transferring your reward to a child aged below 12 years, you will need half the number of points required for an adult.

7. You cannot use points from several members' accounts to claim your reward.

8. No changes that would require replacement of your reward ticket, such as a new first or family name, or a different number of points, will be allowed.

9. Transaero reserves the right to limit the number of seats available for reward trips on certain routes or on all routes. Because of this, Transaero may refuse to book a seat for a certain date and flight if the trip will be purchased with Transaero Privilege points. To book your reward flight, please call 8 499 788 8080. The date of your reward flight can be changed within one year of the ticket issue date, unless otherwise stipulated. Your reward ticket will be valid for one year from the issue date. Points for unused reward tickets will not be refunded. You can have your reward ticket replaced with a new one to another destination in the same table group for paying an equivalent of $15.

Claiming Your Travel Class Upgrade

1. A travel class upgrade is only available to those with a confirmed Economy Class booking.

2. Upgrades for Transaero Privilege points are possible for all fares, with the exception of Tourist cabin (booking classes L, V, X, T, N, I, W, R, G and O), IT, Sale, Promotional fares, and block seats. The list of non-upgradeable classes and fares is subject to change.

3. When returning your ticket upgraded for Transaero Privilege points, you will be refunded only the amount that you originally paid for your ticket according to the Economy Class fare rules.

4. No points for unused upgrades will be returned.

5. Transaero reserves the right to deny an upgrade for a certain flight and date if no seats are available.

6. An upgrade for a child aged below 12 years is possible only when the child is accompanied by an adult with a Business Class ticket. The upgrade for the child will require half the number of points required for the adult.

7. You can transfer your upgrade to any other person by executing a transfer statement.
